With demand for lower priced, well built mobile homes on the rise, Factory Expo Home Centers has announced the first model in the new Value Series. As the name implies, the first home called the Caliber is a great Value. The Caliber is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath doublewide that comes standard with All Black Appliances. This model feels very roomy with its generous 1,067 square foot. Some of the available options include converting the floor plan to 2 bedrooms which will result in a very large living room area. An optional Glamour Bath, with dual sinks, corner tub and separate shower, is also available. Factory Expo Home Centers in Chandler, Arizona will have the Caliper in its Model Village beginning February 28th.
The Value Series was designed with the price conscious customer in mind. More Value Series models will be announced in the coming weeks.

There have been a couple new additions to the homefinder utility. We added the home’s frame size to our tables and created a label for this to display. We’ve also added more detailed descriptions of the homes and are working toward adding keywords for each model.
The biggest change made so far utilizes some of these smaller changes. At the top of the page is the search box. In earlier versions you could begin typing the name of a home and it would update the list based on model names. Now, we’ve added the capability of searching for homes based on key terms like “retirement” or “family.” If you are looking for a specific frame, you can search by typing 24×48, 24x, or singlewide. As we add new search capabilities, be sure to watch the [PRO-Tip] box for hints on new ways you can search.
This feature is still in its infancy, but definitely shows promise. As we continue to expand on this, we can attain our goal of finding the right mobile home for you quick and easy.

Mobile technology seems all the rage these days. Smart Phones and Netbooks have made accessing the internet from anywhere into something we can’t seem to live without. This new technology all relies on something called the 3G network.
Accessing the internet is about to get even smarter. A recent announcement by Ericsson and Netgear, unleashes new broadband power that, just like your home, is mobile.
Their new device, called the MBRN3300, can travel with you and provide internet all the way. This device provides internet access to remote places such as your weekend cabin, or can supply you with internet in mobile parks where no internet is readily available.
The mobile 3g router is a great addition to anyone interested in owning a mobile home.
